Hi All...

My name is Rahul Soni and when I started blogging in January 2006 at http://blogs.msdn.com/rahulso, I didn't realize that it would become such a gratifying experience for me. I have been able to be quite consistent with my blogging efforts, but of late I was facing some technical diffculties when I wanted to write some hands-on and coding related stuff. There were many challenges which inhibited me from doing the things that I wanted to do and as a consequence, this site came into existence. There are a couple of other very close colleagues of mine (Praveen and Vignesh) and we wanted to work together so you will see all of us blogging on this site.

We have loads of things in our mind which we would like to share as we move forward.

We all know what a blog post is, and this site looks no different. Same syndications, same blog engine, some 3 folks blogging at intermittent intervals about things that interest them, etc, etc... Then why are we planning to call our blog posts as scraps? Well, reason #1 is that it would be a bit different .

But that said, the main reason is that we intend to work on some projects for honing our skills as developers and troubleshooters, and while working on our project we see that quite often... there are situations when we get stuck. Or, we just want to achieve some kind of functionality which might be useful in many projects (and for many people!). Once we get a resolution, we find that it was really simple issue (or may be not!)... and we still ended up wasting/spending our time. The idea behind sharing those little scraps or stories or blogs or tidbits or whatever you call it is to save somebody's time and efforts.

Apart from sharing those scraps, we will also share the projects, and some utilities that we will create in the future. Hope you find them useful.
